Newfoundland and Labrador 50+ Federation Inc.

The Newfoundland and Labrador 50 + Federation Inc. is an umbrella organization that represents over 132 clubs and groups in the province. The federation was incorporated in 1978 and is devoted to the welfare and best interests of the seniors of Newfoundland and Labrador. Each member groups provides education, programs, and opportunities for seniors in their communities, as well as reaching out to individuals who are lonely, isolated, or otherwise at risk. The federation holds an annual convention to get groups together from across the province to discuss activities, funding, and other issues important to seniors.
